About Us

 

We encourage you to become an active and dues paying member of the Angola Community Homeowners Association (ACHA). Membership is from July 1 through June 30 annually.  Of course, you can join at any time throughout the year, as your membership will be prorated.  Currently, the dues are $25.00 per year.

 

ACHA is involved in a number of things you will benefit from, pool safety and operation, neighborhood watch, youth and other community activities, just to name a few. 

 

Your membership includes voting rights to elect officers and decide on issues, sharing concerns to be brought to management, attend social events at discounted prices, legal representation in the event of arbitration, keep abreast of news, community rules, local and state laws, and membership with the Delaware Manufactured Homeowners Association (DMHOA), which is a statewide advocate for owners of manufactured homes on leased land.

 

The Executive Board works closely with Hometown America (HTA) management, although ACHA is totally independent of HTA.
